Maybe you’ve been trying to figure things out on your own for a while, and it’s starting to feel exhausting. Exploring your identity, sexuality, or sense of self can feel confusing at times—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our work together, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts and experiences without judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, while also building insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, those exploring sex and sexuality, and neurodiverse individuals. I strive to create a space where you feel validated, respected, and empowered in your identity and lived experience.

I am an intern at Valid Love Therapy Collective, working toward my Master of Social Work and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker. As an intern, I offer reduced-rate sessions, making therapy more accessible while receiving ongoing supervision and support to ensure you receive thoughtful, quality care.  My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, and I have completed trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness, and I'm currently in trainings to further expand my skills through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). If you'd like to work together, reach out via our contact form at https://www.validlove.com/contact to set up an initial session.
