At our practice, self pay therapy rates are as follows: Interns: $40 per session, Associate Licenses: $100 per session, Fully Licensed Therapists: $125 per session.

Yes, we accept insurance from several providers. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and private pay.
For clients with out-of-network coverage, we provide super bills for reimbursement. Please contact us to discuss your insurance coverage and verify if we are in-network with your provider.

In your first session, your therapist will take some time to get to know you and understand your reasons for seeking therapy. They will also discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to achieve. Some questions they may ask will be: What brought you to therapy? What have your experiences been with therapy in the past? What brings you here?

Our therapists are trained in several modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, relationship, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. We believe in tailoring the therapeutic approach to the client. We are also a neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and alternative relationship affirming practice. We recognize our privilege and believe in dismantling systems of oppression while doing our own anti-racist work.
