Garnering hope in a world that is incredibly oppressive and often feels hopeless is a difficult task. Many people live in constant survival mode, which is no way to live a fulfilling life. Everyone deserves to find solace and joy in themselves, their communities, and the world at large; to sit with the discomfort of grey area without losing themselves in it; to find joy and identity in themselves and comfort in connecting with others. If you are struggling with finding identity and community, finding it difficult to move out from under the emotional weight of being human, or you want to thrive, not just survive, I am here for you.

I aim to hold space for my clients and create an environment in which they feel as though they can form a healing, honest, and, most importantly, human therapeutic relationship with me. I am currently trained in solution-focused therapy and CBT, but I aim to provide a more eclectic, client-focused, and personable approach that is informed by various modalities.

I pursued social work due to its foundation of ethics, social justice, and placing importance on human relationships. I aim to aid individuals in understanding their own struggles within the context of larger lenses while providing hope for a better future. I believe everyone deserves to move past survival mode into a place of self-love and community.
